At Impericon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to your customer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in a clean, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the generated return label from our portal, securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, and remove any old shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
